WiseTech Global (WTC.AX) - Lowering our revenue forecasts again; waiting for

new AI features

We see increased uncertainty for FY27e revenue growth given unclear benefit from

the new commercial model as Wisetech prioritises adoption, delays to CTO, DSV

migration headwinds, and an uncertain outlook for e2Open. We continue to view

WiseTech as well placed to be the AI enabler for logistics given its deep workflow

functionality and integrations, although AI features expected in June appear

delayed. We lower our FY26-FY28 NPATA estimates by -2% to -17% (17% reflecting

DSV migration) and we expect share price to be range-bound/weak into the FY

result as we see downside risk to VA consensus FY27e revenue growth (CitiE is -3%

below). However, with the stock trading on 14x FY28e capex adj EBITDA, we

maintain our Buy call with a new target price of $52.00 (-21%).

Australia/NZ Economics - Key AU/NZ data forecasts for the week beginning July

The main event next week is Paul Conway’s speech titled Finding signal in the

inflation noise; oil shocks, price setting, and the path back to 2% inflation in

Wellington. The speech will not be live-streamed, but will include media at the in-

person only event. Data on inflation will include Australian consumer inflation and

wage expectations and New Zealand food prices. We expect a small improvement

in Australian sentiment data following the fall in global oil prices.
