Our latest consumer survey shows customer satisfaction leads
for Fixed Wireless Access and Fiber, and small but promising
Satellite presence. Wireless shows a continued competitive
backdrop, but no step function change in intensity, with the Big 3
neck & neck.M

Cable remains the largest Internet access type at ~54%, while satisfaction
remains the lowest at ~46%, representing further risk for sub losses
Fixed Wireless clocked a survey high share of 14% w/ the highest sat (63%), while
Cable was the largest source of subs (~30%), then DSL & Fiber (each at ~20%)
Satellite/Starlink Broadband share remains small at just ~1% of households in the
survey (up +18bps y/y), but satisfaction is very high at >60%
