and as a settlement currency. The company noted increasing use of USDC in

derivatives, tokenized asset markets, and broader financial market

infrastructure. Further, they view the recent CFTC permission of Futures

Commission Merchants (FCMs) to treat select stablecoins as readily

marketable collateral as an important catalyst that could enable adoption

over time. Finally, management noted that continued tokenization of real

world assets likely supports further adoption, as stablecoins represent the

natural on-chain cash leg for transacting and settlement.

infrastructure offerings, as CRCL continues to transition into an internet financial
