EDPR signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with PLT Energia, to sell a 100% equity

stake in a 68 MW wind and solar portfolio in Italy for an estimated enterprise value of

€0.15 bn, subject to customary final price adjustments at closing. The transaction

implies a €2.2 mn/MW multiple. The portfolio comprises five operating contracted

plants located in southern regions of Italy. Four of these are wind projects, totalling 60

MW, benefiting from 20-year CfDs and with an average asset life of 11 years. The one

solar project of 8 MW benefits from a 10-year PPA and has an average asset life of less

Vestas Secures 451 MW in Onshore Wind Orders Across Europe and Japan

Vestas has announced ten new onshore wind turbine contracts across the EMEA and

APAC regions, representing a combined capacity of 451 MW. This portfolio consists of

five projects in Germany totalling 142 MW and five projects totalling 309 MW across

Poland, Romania, Latvia, Eastern Europe, and Japan. These contracts utilize different

Vestas turbine models including V126, V136, V150, V162, V163 and V172 variants, and

are supported by long-term service agreements ranging from 10 to 30 years. Deliveries
