Reshaping Australian Real Estate

We continue from our previous AI Real Estate Report, highlighting a genuine

structural theme across Australian real estate — at both the asset and manager

level. Recent insights from GPT's recent "Human & Machine" research, drawn from

a survey of major tenants, presents a counter to office bear sentiment: 100% of

tenants believe the physical workplace becomes more important in an AI-driven

world, while 76% expect headcount to remain stable or grow over the next two

years. Meanwhile, Qualitas hosted a webcast highlighting that it has crystallised

the operational upside of AI by upgrading its long-term Australian funds

management EBITDA margin target from >50% to >60%, underpinned by a

proprietary credit execution platform deploying 33 analytical agents across 1,900+

risk questions. The AI theme in Australian real estate continues to develop as both

landlords and corporates search for efficiency and assess the risks and rewards

thereof.
