FMC licensed rimisoxafen herbicide to Corteva 22 June 2026
FMC Corp. has licensed and will supply rimisoxafen active ingredient herbicide to High Yield
Corteva for the next decade for an initial upfront payment of $200 mm, which Corteva United States
will sell in its own exclusive premix formulations for the corn and soybean markets in Industrials/Basic
North and South America. FMC retains ownership of rimisoxafen, and will develop and
sell its own reimisoxafen-based premix formulations for the North and South American
