We hosted our inaugural Financial Forum for local investors on 8-12 and 16 June 2026, Equity
featuring 18 meetings with 16 listed companies across banking, consumer finance, truck ASEAN | Thailand
leasing and AMC sectors. We were also honored to host Sukhumvit Asset Management Banks
(SAM) and the former President of ThaiBMA, who shared perspectives on distressed Sarachada Sornsong ^^^

The overall tone from our meetings points to a gradual return to growth without Kiatnakin Phatra Securities

challenging than previously anticipated, particularly amid recent geopolitical tensions,
years of lending discipline, tighter underwriting standards and balance sheet clean-up
have kept credit quality broadly manageable. Nevertheless, the uncertain macro
backdrop continues to warrant caution, limiting appetite for aggressive expansion. While AMC: Asset management company
banks are increasingly relying on fee income diversification and efficiency gains to
support earnings, non-bank lenders are benefiting from easing credit costs and lower ThaiBMA: Thai Bond Market
