Anna WuThis week in Business & Information Services, we analyzed semiconductor +1(415)249-7235 | anna.wu@gs.com
component pricing trends and found significant growth, particularly in memory, that Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC
supports upside to IRM’s asset lifecycle management business. Investor feedback on Alex+1(415)249-7072Lakritz | alex.lakritz@gs.com
IRM has been positive, with most expressing a favorable view of the company’s Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC
broader growth portfolio, which includes its data center, ALM and digital solutions
businesses. Sentiment was particularly positive on data center leasing trends and
memory prices. We also published takeaways from a recent investor group meeting
with MH’s CEO focused on its structural moat vs AI, including its proprietary
curriculum, longitudinal learning data, embedded educator workflows and
regulatory alignment. Investors expressed positive feedback on MH’s AI positioning
but had concerns over limited K-12 revenue growth in F2027 given prolonged district
decisioning-making in CA math, making the K-12 revenue recovery more of a F2028
story. We additionally had investor conversations this week on CSGP and SPGI, with
sentiment leaning negative on CSGP given an unclear path for Apartments.com
growth to accelerate and positive on SPGI given portfolio simplification actions that
should improve strategic focus and financial performance.
