Unfortunately, Accenture’s outlook became even more uncertain after its
F3Q26 earnings report due to the lingering Middle East impact and
bookings weakness in Managed Services, while M&A spend is increasing Neutral

pressure on services is much stronger than its lift from companies investing Target price US$135.00↓
more to realize the new AI-related opportunities, causing pressure to ACN’s from US$195.00
top-line. The new annual FY26 Y/Y CC revenue guidance of 3–4% missed Expected share price return 5.4%our expectations of 4–5%, as organic revenue growth continues to
deteriorate. ACN is hosting an Investor Day in NYC on 14 October to Expected dividend yield 5.5%
highlight its growth prospects and will attempt to change negative investor Expected total return 10.9%
sentiment. We remain Neutral but cut our TP to $135 from $195 due to peer- Market Cap US$78,652Mgroup multiple compression caused by declining organic revenue growth
and an uncertain outlook.

ACN Seeing Growth Opportunities in OT Cybersecurity Space. ACN (RIC: ACN.N, BB: ACN US)
announced several major investments (~$4 bln incrementally, taking annual
amount to $9 bln) in the cybersecurity space (majority stake in Dragos and 100%
of runZero and NetRise), which together should contribute ~$208 mln in annual
recurring revenue, growing at 53% Y/Y. The acquisitions are expected to close in
August or September of 2026 and should be initially dilutive to EPS, though
