Default in MCP rises to R$94.8mn in April, driven by 2W and Electra Varejo

According to MegaWhat, the effective delinquency in the financial settlement of

the Short-Term Market (MCP) for April rose to R$94.8mn, an increase of R$34.5mn

compared to the R$60.25mn recorded in the March operation, according to data

from the Electric Energy Trading Chamber (CCEE). The increase was mainly

concentrated in the entry of Electra Energia Digital in the list of delinquent agents

and in the growth of the debt of 2W Comercializadora Varejo. (link)
