Valuation

We use an average of EV/EBIT multiple implied and DCF to Equity implied prices to arrive at our Target Price of €46. We value

KION by using a multiple of 9x (2026e adj. EBIT), which implies a price of €46. For DCF to Equity, we use a Cost to Equity of

10.6%, terminal growth of 2%, and through-cycle margin of 9%, which derives a price of €54.
