UpdateMannounced their partnership and launch of commercial driverless trucking

deployments, including delivery route operations on both highways and local streets

across Texas, Arizona, and Arkansas. Volvo Autonomous Solutions (VAS), in

partnership with AUR, announced plans to begin large-scale commercial driverless

highway trucking operations in 1Q27 following successful deployment in Texas and

Oklahoma earlier this year. VAS also reached a major milestone with Waabi, as

Waabi's AI-powered virtual driver was able to successfully transfer to VAS' AV

platform without additional engineering of data, a process that has historically been

one of the largest technical hurdles in AV development; the ability to bypass

extensive engineering work to adapt the driver system could ultimately

accelerate the commercialization of autonomous trucks. VAS, additionally,

partnered with AUR and AVI-SPL to launch commercial operations in Texas, marking

another meaningful partnership and step towards commercialization across the

industry. AUR CEO Chris Urmson released a statement on LinkedIn that the official

start to its broad commercial deployment is coming in the following weeks, further

demonstrating that the industry is rapidly advancing from pilot programs to safe

operations. AUR was evaluated by Edge Case and was highly rated for the safety of

its driverless technology. Furthermore, ARCB expanded its fleet to include 2 TSLA
