• TPG Angelo Gordon and Gravity Asset Management have sold the Myeongdong hotel marcelo.g.motta@jpmorgan.comBanco J.P. Morgan S.A.

in Seoul, South Korea, to CapitaLand Ascott Residence Asia Fund II for $240 million,

Mingtiandi reported. The hotel features 576-rooms. The property last traded in 2024 for

• Singapore investor Leow Ban Leong and Westmont Hospitality Group have acquired the

Orchid Hotel in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore for $211 million, as reported by Mingtiandi.

Westmont is expected to serve as asset manager for the 272-room property. Link to the
