thomas.yip@wedbush.com In this week's Prescription Sales Tracker report, we examine the latest IQVIA
prescription data trends for FDA-approved agents most relevant to our coverage
universe. We focus this report specifically on weekly retail sales data.
Weekly Highlights
● Drugs/therapeutic areas: Our report focuses on drugs approved for the
treatment of diseases in the neurology, nephrology, GI and cardiology
segments. The table below summarizes all drugs included in the report.
● Metrics evaluated: This week's report focuses on data through the week ending
6/12/26, and includes TRx and NRx counts (projected number of total and new
prescriptions dispensed during the week).
● Caveats/considerations: Prescription sales/volume data can reveal noteworthy
trends; however, limitations exist due to partial blocking of data, IQVIA
projections, etc. Newly-launched products can see week-to-week variability
as data feeds expand. Overall, we see the directionality of data as more
informative than ascribing precision to week-to-week changes.
● Highlights/commentary: Median TRx growth for the current week was -2%.
BMY (not covered) reported 1Q26 Camzyos revenue $314M (+97% y/y).
ARDX reported 1Q26 US Ibsrela and Xphozah revenue of $70M (-19% q/
q) and $23M (-16% q/q), respectively. We see current Xphozah TRx/NRx
counts recovering following the reimbursement changes. Despite near-term
uncertainty surrounding the reimbursement changes, we do think ARDX can
navigate the headwinds.
