• Russell 1000 -Space Exploration Technologies Corp had an Initial Public Offering (IPO)

on June 12th, 2026. In the offering, Space Exploration Technologies Corp offered

555,555,555 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a price of $135 per share. Space

Exploration Technologies Corp will be added to the Russell US Indexes (Russell 1000,

Russell Top 200, Russell Small Cap Completeness), as it satisfies Russell US fast entry

criteria. FTSE Russell has independently reviewed the style probability for Space

Exploration Technologies Corp, using available fundamental data (Book/Price) and

subsector substitution for unavailable variables. FTSE Russell confirms that the style

probability applied at inclusion date will be 90.4% growth and 9.6% value and the

stability probabilities will be 0% defensive and 100% dynamic. The ICB Classification

will be 15102015 (Telecommunications Services). Space Exploration Technologies

Corp will be added to the Russell US Indexes on June 26, 2026 (after the close) in

conjunction with the Russell Reconstitution effective date.
