Crissair: Qualification-Driven Growth: Expanding Content, Platform by Platform:

Crissair complements PTI by providing a range of specialized valves and fluid control

devices for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. The company offers a wide

variety of products, from miniature fluid control valves to large manifold assemblies and

actuators. These products are critical to safety and performance with relief valves, for

example, protecting systems from overpressure that could cause damage or failure. The

company continues to grow by expanding its product base, with each new offering

subject to rigorous qualification and safety requirements, enabling greater content per

platform over time.

Precision, Mission-Critical, Global: Mayday’s Compounding Play: Mayday serves

as a leading build-to-print manufacturer of mission-critical bushings, pins, sleeves, and

precision-tolerance machined components for landing gear, rotor heads, engine mounts,

flight controls, and actuation systems. Acquired by ESCO in 2016 and founded in 1966,

the company has produced over 130K parts for military and commercial aerospace

customers, serving 600 clients across 18 countries. In 2022, Mayday added Hi-Tech
