P&C Insurance: 1) Soft market discipline: Across the P&C sector, management Industry View Attractive

teams acknowledged a gradually softening market environment, particularly in
property and select commercial lines, but remained broadly constructive on pricing Industry View Attractive
and growth prospects. A common theme was prioritizing underwriting margins and
target ROEs over premium growth, with carriers emphasizing discipline as
competition increases and social inflation remains a key focus. Further, while soft
market concerns are real, most carriers and brokers emphasized that each line of
business is behaving on its own. Strong casualty pricing should support the industry
in a meaningful way, although we believe this will not fully offset the soft property
pricing environment. 2) Technology is an opportunity: AI was one of the most
consistent themes across the conference, with companies increasingly using
