According to NeoFeed, Magazine Luiza has established a partnership with Amazon
as part of the company’s new strategic cycle, aiming to accelerate durable goods Lucca Biasi

Magazine Luiza will sell its 1P products on Amazon’s platform, while Magalog, the

company’s logistics arm, will be responsible for the delivery process. According to
Frederico Trajano, MGLU'S CEO, the partnership is based on a complementary Pedro Perone
Associate Analystapproach, allowing Magazine Luiza to leverage Amazon’s audience and vice versa.

In a later stage of the agreement, Magalog could potentially provide delivery

services for Amazon more broadly. Trajano estimates that three-quarters of
Magalu’s sales on Amazon will come from consumers who do not currently engage
with the company’s ecosystem, thereby expanding the company’s reach and
customer base. He also emphasized that the agreement is non-exclusive, both with
Amazon and with any other partners, suggesting that additional strategic
partnerships could be announced going forward.
