Key Takeaways

KOL highlights HDV diagnosis and patient finding is improving as testing (incl.

reflex) is expanding and he estimates ~65–75K viremic pts in US.

VIR/MIRM seen as step-ups vs. bulevirtide with higher TND and ALT

normalization although bulevirtide will have an advantage with more real world

data.

Based on available data, KOL believes VIR drives a deeper viral response but adds

complexity, while MIRM offers better tolerability.

Expects patient adoption between approved and emerging agents to likely be

individualized by comorbidities, tolerability, and goals.
