• The State Department notified Congress of a proposed $4b arms package of PAC-2 and

PAC-3 missiles to Qatar. RTX and Lockheed are the prime contractors.

• The State Department notified Congress of a proposed $2.5b arms sale of Integrated

Battle Command System (IBCS) equipment to Kuwait. Northrop, RTX, and Lockheed

are the prime contractors.

• The State Department approved a possible FMS sale to New Zealand of MH-60R

helicopters for up to $1.5b. Lockheed is the prime.

• The State Department notified Congress of a proposed $540m possible FMS sale of C-17

sustainment equipment and services to Canada. Boeing is the prime contractor.

• The Navy awarded RTX a $516m contract to exercise an option for AN/SPY-6 radars.

• The Army awarded AV a $117m contract for 82 P550s.

• BAE Systems selected MDA Space to design and build antennas and antenna control

electronics as part of the US Space Systems Command’s (SSC) MEO EPOCH 2

Constellation.

• The Navy selected HII’s ROMULUS USV to advance to the Medium Unmanned Surface

Vessel’s evaluation phase.

• Lockheed opened its new, 88k sq ft NGI missile assembly facility in Courtland, AL on

Monday. The facility will begin manufacturing NGI missiles in 2027.

• A Lockheed and L3Harris developed PrSM Inc 4 missile completed a booster-to-ramjet

handoff in its most recent internal test, Janes reported.

• GD will invest $200m and unwind a partnership with Turkish defense company Repkon

to speed up 155mm shell production in Mesquite, TX, Bloomberg reported.
