SEK ~700m framework agreement with Swedish Armed Forces

Today, W5’s business area Training entered into a framework agreement with the Swedish Armed Forces with a total value

of SEK ~700m over the full 9-year agreement period, including extensions. The framework covers service, support, spare

parts, and additional training and simulation equipment, with deliveries called off on an ongoing basis. The framework

materially de-risks 2026-28E estimates. Spread evenly, the ceiling implies SEK ~78m p.a. (~12% of ‘26E sales), but recurring

lifecycle and aftermarket revenue is likely higher margin and stickier than equipment sales.
