PacifiCorp’s CMO jury trials stayed indefinitely 26 May 2026

On May 22nd, a Multnomah County Court judge ruled that PacifiCorp's Case High Grade Credit

Management Order (CMO) jury trials will be stayed indefinitely as a result of the reverse United States

and remand of the Phase I liability trials by an Oregon Appellate Court. Under the order, Utilities

litigants will be allowed to continue document discovery and other limited pre-trial

actions, but the case temporarily cannot move forward to damages trials. The ruling Table of Contents

effectively pauses the case, pending the plaintiffs’ appeal before the Oregon Supreme
