On May 22nd, a Multnomah County Court judge ruled that PacifiCorp's Case High Grade Credit
Management Order (CMO) jury trials will be stayed indefinitely as a result of the reverse United States
and remand of the Phase I liability trials by an Oregon Appellate Court. Under the order, Utilities
