Perspective Ahead of Data from NVCR’s Largest Trial Ever - TRIDENT

reference to how certain

patient populations responded, such as fast progressors vs. those that aren’t fast progressors).

Also consistent with typical practice from NVCR, we believe management will hold back the full

data set until there’s an opportunity to present at a relevant industry conference. On that note,

we believe investors should expect the data to be presented at ASTRO (American Society for

Radiation Oncology) being held September 26-30 and for which late-breaking abstracts have a

submission deadline of July 10th, with this conference being a logical venue as this physician

group (radiation oncologists) were the primary prescribers for TRIDENT.

The multiple avenues through which TRIDENT could increase TTFields utilization. We'll

emphasize two main opportunities, one of which is a patient TAM expansion, while the other is a

duration of wear (i.e. revenue per patient) potential. On the former, data suggests that upwards

of ~20-30% of ndGBM patients treated with chemo radiation have rapid tumor progression and

are therefore not good candidates for being treated with TTFields after RT (they're too sick).

Starting those patients on therapy at the beginning of RT means there's an opportunity to take the

treatable patient base meaningfully higher (we're estimating 25%). The conversation regarding

how long those rapid progressing patients may stay on therapy is relevant but different, and we

address that a few sections later, but suffice to say it's fair to assume the duration of wear will

likely be shorter. That has revenue per patient implications for this patient cohort, and it also has

implications for the survival data we'll see from the trial (see below for more on that point too).
