• R2000 OceanFirst Financial Corp (OCFC; R2, R25, RS, V, DF) will acquire Flushing Financial Corp for stock. In the transaction, each share of Flushing Financial Corp will be exchanged for 0.85 shares of OceanFirst Financial Corp.

The merger was approved at both companies' shareholder meetings on April 2, 2026. Flushing Financial Corp will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger. The style probabilities are expected

to remain constant at 0% growth and 100% value and the stability probabilities are expected to change to 28.5% dynamic and 71.5% defensive.
