Earnings Call Takeaways

IDG

IDG revenue was up 24% y/y, to US$14.6bn (-7% q/q), primarily driven by:

1. Market share gains of +1.3ppts y/y in PC (24.4% in 1Q26, per IDC);

2. Higher proportion of high-end models (premiumization), for both smartphones

and PCs, which drove ASP higher; and

3. Inflationary component costs that also drove the selling prices higher.

C1Q PC revenue rose 26% y/y with 24.4% worldwide market share, down slightly from

25.3% in the prior quarter but #1 with 5.6ppts lead compared to the #2 vendor. AI devices

revenues mix within IDG was somehow not mentioned on the call this time (was ~40% of

total IDG revenues in the last quarter). Management believes there was some degree of

PC pull-in in C1Q, but it was probably not the sole driver of the growth in PCSD. Heading

into C2H26, management believes PC demand volume will start to decline y/y from C3Q

onwards, likely in the high-teens range, while PC pull-ins appear to have persisted in C2Q.

For CY26, management continues to expect the PC and smartphone markets to show unit

declines (PCs were guided to be down in mid-single-digits y/y and smartphones were

down in high-single-digits y/y in the last quarter, for CY26), but revenues should still grow

because of rising component costs and product premiumization that will continue to drive

ASPs higher. Overall, management's target remains consistent that it will outgrow the

markets in terms of both volumes and revenues, and it has not adjusted its full-year

shipment targets owing to supply constraint of key components.

ISG

ISG revenue was up 37% y/y, to a record high US$5.6bn (+9% q/q), driven by strong

demand across CSP and ESMB customers for both AI server and general computing
