BeOne Medicines (OW, $395 PT). Subsequent therapies and time to second
progression-free survival events in treatment-naive chronic lymphocytic leukemia/
small lymphocytic lymphoma previously treated with zanubrutinib or bendamustine-
rituximab in SEQUOIA (Abstract). With a data cutoff of Oct 31, 2025 and a median
follow‑up of 78.7 months, zanu continued to demonstrate a durable and clinically
meaningful PFS benefit vs. BR (HR 0.28; p<0.0001), with 78mo PFS estimates of
70.9% compared with 28.6% for BR. The majority of zanu‑treated patients (88%)
had not required subsequent therapy, and time‑to‑next‑treatment measures
strongly favored zanu (TTNT HR 0.23; TTNT‑D HR 0.37; both p<0.0001),
underscoring sustained disease control in the 1L setting. While a higher proportion
of BR patients received post‑progression therapy (predominantly BTK inhibitors
