Introduction
In the FY2025 mid-term management plan, all targeted financial metrics were achieved.
While the company maintained its policy during the period, significant delays in progress
occurred, leading to substantial changes in specific measures and initiatives. Even if a
traditional five-year plan were formulated, it would not necessarily unfold as planned.
Therefore, Vision 2030 is presented this time as a directional framework. Each year,
while maintaining the overall direction, target levels and specific measures will be
revised as necessary. The company aims to achieve Vision 2030 by committing to the
annual plans and forecasts announced at the time of fiscal year-end results and
delivering those outcomes.
Review of the FY2025 mid-term management plan
All targets were achieved except for the employee engagement score and the ratio of
women in management positions.
Management policy toward achieving Vision 2030
Starting from its corporate purpose, the company has identified six key management
issues, which it will address and improve, thereby contributing to medium- to long-term
enhancement of corporate value.
