rules applicable to hydroelectric plants not centrally dispatched under the Energy

Reallocation Mechanism (MRE). Among the main changes is the adoption of new

methodologies for evaluating the performance of hydroelectric plants participating

in the MRE. One of them considers the comparison between the average generation

of the plant and its physical guarantee, using indicators such as the Generation

Factor (FG) and the Contribution Factor to the MRE (FCM), calculated by the CCEE.

Another innovation is the measurement of water unavailability through the poured

flow (IVV), a mechanism that makes it possible to differentiate hydrological impacts

from operational unavailability of hydroelectric plants. (link)
