Reallocation Mechanism (MRE). Among the main changes is the adoption of new
methodologies for evaluating the performance of hydroelectric plants participating
in the MRE. One of them considers the comparison between the average generation
of the plant and its physical guarantee, using indicators such as the Generation
Factor (FG) and the Contribution Factor to the MRE (FCM), calculated by the CCEE.
Another innovation is the measurement of water unavailability through the poured
flow (IVV), a mechanism that makes it possible to differentiate hydrological impacts
