Q1’26 in line, declares NOK 1.5 dividend

Akastor’s reports underlying performance in line with expectations. Of its key holdings, HMH disclosed Q1’26 &gures

already last week while AKOFS reports both EBITDA and net debt spot on our estimates. The company declares a NOK

1.5/share dividend, more than supported by the HMH proceeds after quarter end and asset sales. Positive to see the

company continues its policy of shareholder distributions. We have a BUY rec, TP NOK 18 on AKAST
