AFRM’s funding model is increasingly a competitive advantage. One of

the less talked about and less obvious network effects of AFRM’s business

is its funding model, whereby scaling its capital partners overtime and

delivering consistent returns to such partners has the net effect of lower

funding costs, thus scale begets lower funding cost, and in our view is

increasingly a competitive advantage. While the company has a well-

diversified funding model, inclusive of ~200 unique funding partners,

spread across warehouse, ABS, and forward flow agreements, we believe
