 Revenue Split in the Q was Advanced Packaging ~70% of revs (HPC ~50%, OSAT ~20%; vs last Q ~50% HPC and

~25% OSAT). Looking forward to CY26 we expect HPC to represent 50-55% of revenues and OSAT AP to represent

~20%, with the rest of revenue stemming from general applications.

 On the HBM side, CAMT received orders from two HBM manufacturers for 3D metrology and 2D inspection

steps, expected to represent $260M+ in revenues through CY27. While management did not provide an exact
