• Solid Bio (SLDB – Rama): Yes, timelines have shifted somewhat for SGT-003 (1-212)brian.cheng@jpmorgan.com622-0449
in DMD; however, we believe this will ultimately prove to be a prudent J.P. Morgan Securities LLC
decision by the company. Indeed, Solid will continue to meet with the Agency
into the fall (multiple meetings are anticipated related to INSPIRE statistical
plan and also the regulatory pathway). With the debate on what is needed for
an accelerated approval pathway in the disease in the US, in our view, having
the most robust data in hand will be helpful (micro-dystrophin expression,
functional data, and safety data base). With a very clean safety profile to date
(no ALIs or myocarditis – which have been observed with competitors; n=47
patients dosed), we do see AA as very much on the table for SGT-003.
• Agios Pharmaceuticals (AGIO – Romero): Earlier this week, Agios
announced that the supplemental new drug application (sNDA) for mitapivat
in sickle cell disease (SCD) has now been submitted to the FDA for accelerated
