• SP600 Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (XNYS:KGS) has completed a Equity Offering of 10,563,380 new shares to institutional investors. The size of the offering being over 5% & 150 Mln USD qualifies for accelerated implementation.

S&P DJI will accordingly update the shares.

• SP600 PDF Solutions Inc (XNAS:PDFS) has completed a primary offering of 1,261,384 new shares to institutional investors. Simultaneously, selling shareholders have completed a block sale of 3,306,924 existing shares of PDF

Solutions Inc. The combined size of the offering being over 5% & 150 Mln USD qualifies for accelerated implementation. S&P DJI will accordingly update the shares and IWF.
