● Script Data by Select Drug Class: In this section we provide a summary of IQVIA

script data for select drugs organized by pertinent drug class or indication. Drug

classes or indications we’re currently tracking include:

■ IL-13 inhibitors

■ IL-17 inhibitors

■ IL-23 inhibitors

■ JAK inhibitors

■ S1P Receptor Modulators

■ TNFα inhibitors

● Drug Snapshots: This section provides a one-page snapshot of select FDA

approved drugs for solid tumors. Information includes basic identifying

information (manufacturer, drug target/mechanism, route of administration

and dosing schedule, approval history, drug label, and current monthly price),

as well as weekly retail channel sales estimates (TRx MBS Dollars), New (NRx),

Repeat (RRx) and Total (TRx) weekly script count, and Total (TRx) weekly unit

(i.e. pill/vial) counts.
