• SP400 Selling shareholders have completed a Secondary Offering of 31,838,253 existing shares of Sotera Health Company (XNAS:SHC). The size of the offering being over 5% & 150 Mln USD qualifies for accelerated

implementation. S&P DJI will accordingly update the IWF.

• SP600 Macerich Co (XNYS:MAC) has completed a Equity Offering of 19,200,000 new shares to institutional investors. The size of the offering being over 5% & 150 Mln USD qualifies for accelerated implementation. S&P DJI will

accordingly update the shares.

• R2000 Leonard Green & Partners (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Mister Car Wash for cash. In the transaction, each share of Mister Car Wash will be exchanged for $7.00 in cash. Mister Car Wash will be

removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
