• SP500 Charter Communications Inc (XNAS: CHTR) is to acquire Liberty Broadband Corp A (XNAS: LBRDA / LBRDK). Shareholders will receive 0.236 shares of CHTR for every LBRDA / LBRDK share held. The transaction is

expected to be completed August 20. If LBRDA is suspended before the removal date, SPDJI will derive the price of LBRDA as follows: CHTR's last traded primary exchange price multiplied by 0.236 stock ratio.
