Ahead of Vertex's 2Q26 readout Monday, we highlight our estimates

compared to Visible Alpha consensus including revenue ($3.2B both) and

non-GAAP EPS ($4.72 both). After the recent Crinetics acquisition

announcement (3Q closing expected) we expect interest around the

endocrinology pillar joining the portfolio and dynamics around new

product launches. That said, we still expect interest in the foundational CF

business, including Trikafta ($2.4B v $2.5B) and Alyftrek ($510M v $521M)

and the anticipated approval and launch of povetacicept in IgAN. We

outline our top estimates compared to recent VA consensus below.

Maintain Buy, $585 TP . Vertex is hosting a call Monday August 3rd at

4:30 PM ET.

Key questions expected during 2Q26 call

We anticipate the main topics of the call to be on 1) the strategy and development

plan of the announced Crinetics acquisition 2) the anticipated launch of

povetacicept in IgAN (11/30 PDUFA) and 3) new product launches including Alyftrek,

Casgevy and Journavx. We expect questions to revolve around the commercial

strategy of the broadening portfolio, launch metrics in both CF and pain and early

stage pipeline progress.
