Ph. 1 maintenance dosing study results from subcu cohorts expected in 3Q26 to

inform 52-week VANQUISH extension study. In VK2735’s Ph. 1 maintenance study,

all participants will receive weekly subcutaneous VK2735 or placebo for 21 weeks

before transitioning to one of various VK2735 maintenance regimens that include

weekly, biweekly, or monthly subcu dosing as well as daily or weekly oral dosing, or

placebo. VKTX will apply the learning from these maintenance regimens toward the

upcoming 52-week VANQUISH extension studies (initiated after week 78). The
