YTD, we think the guide raise (even on lower ss-exp / share count) should be enough

to drive outperformance post-print. We think mgmt focusing capital allocation

efforts on share repurchases, rather than acquisitions, will be received positively.

Our sense is that as the market has considered use of proceeds from UK sale,
