Morgan Stanley is acting as advisor to Broadcom Inc. (“Broadcom”), in connection with

its establishment of the AI XPV Platform with Apollo and Blackstone Credit & Insurance

Business as initial anchor investors, as announced on June 9, 2026. Broadcom has

agreed to pay fees to Morgan Stanley for its financial services. Please refer to the notes

Morgan Stanley is acting as financial advisor to Enverus in relation to a definitive

agreement, under which private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone will acquire

Enverus from Hellman & Friedman and Genstar Capital, as announced on August 6,

2025. The proposed transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing

conditions. Enverus has agreed to pay fees to Morgan Stanley for its financial services,

including transaction fees that are contingent upon the consummation of the proposed
