PTC Industries (PTCIL) has secured an order from BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited Amit Dixit

for the development, integration and supply of a strategic missile sub-system for the Goldman Sachs India SPL

BrahMos programme, representing a significant step in the company’s journey from a Kumari Rishika

integrated systems and sub-systems. We believe that this order is strategically Goldman Sachs India SPL

meaningful and a major positive leap for the company as this is the first major order

of its kind for PTCIL and marks the Company’s movement further downstream into

high-value systems and sub-systems integration for advanced defense and

aerospace platforms.

In our view the order is significant for the following reasons: 1) It marks PTC’s

transition to the higher-value domain of systems and sub-systems integration within

the defense manufacturing ecosystem from materials supplier; 2) The project

demands complex and advanced integration capabilities, including precision

manufacturing, specialized joining processes, fluid-system management, control

assemblies, structural accuracy, rigorous inspection standards, and highly reliable
