Dubai June transaction activity: Transaction volumes were down 20% yoy and

values were down 43% yoy in June.

n Primary market (Initial sale by developer): Transaction volumes were down

15% yoy and transaction values were down 48% yoy with a decline across all

segments. Weakness was more marked in the villa segment (-69% vs. apartments

at -33% in transaction value) as developers have launched very few villa

communities. MoM transactions improved, with volumes and value up 30%/14%.
