June 29 Methanex will indefinitely idle its 860,000 mt Titan methanol plant in Trinidad, as it was unable to agree on a
new natural gas supply contract. Titan’s current natural gas contract expires in Q3:26. (Atlas, owned 63.1/36.9
by Methanex/INEOS Quattro) remains indefinitely idled in a preserved state. Titan is not currently contributing
EBTIDA of FCF. Methanex noted that natural gas supply is structurally tight, which makes Titan’s operations
commercially unviable.
June 29 Mineral Technologies filed a Plan of Reorganization in the Chapter 11 cases of BMI OldCo Inc. (f/k/a Baretts
Minerals Inc.), a producer of talc. The Plan offer to fund a Talc Personal Injury Trus with $450 mm from Non-
Debtor Affiliates, and the Non-Debtor Affiliates’ waver of >$100 mm in claims against the Debtors. The issue
before the Court is if any talc sold by BMI Oldco contained sufficient quantity and form of asbestos to
potentially cause abestos-related diseases. MTI will record a $290 mm charge in Q2:26.

Multi-Color Corporation.
June 29 Corteva announced its Board of Directors for both its future crop protection company and for Vylor, its
advanced seed and genetics spin-off.
June 29 OCI N.V.: NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited submitted a draft Offer Memorandum to the AFM (Dutch Authority for
the Financial Markets) in connection with a voluntary all-cash public offer for all of OCI shares at €4.10/share
