attendance, with greater potential upside than downside given that i) Placer data

excludes children & international visitors to Sphere and ii) to accurately gauge

average WOZ attendance, we exclude days that also show a residency (which should

bring in higher Experience attendance).

HundredX Consumer Sentiment

n Ticketmaster, which has sustained positive progress on consumer sentiment around

its brand, still saw a consistent gap to industry peers in May (of ~260bps total).

Sensor Tower App Download

n Unique app downloads for Ticketmaster were down YoY (-38% YoY in June / +9%

YTD vs 2024), although MAUs were up (+22% YoY) on a global basis.

n Much of Ticketmaster’s YoY decrease in downloads is driven by specific markets (see

Exhibit 17) as we lap the effects of Ticketmaster likely encouraging web-based users

to use the app more last year. Step ups in Ticketmaster MAUs in these markets likely

reflect continued usage growth for these now app-based fans.

n NEW! Unique app downloads for StubHub were up meaningfully YoY (+109% YoY in

June), with MAUs up similarly (+46% YoY) on a global basis.
