Retirement of Chair, Gavin Rochussen as Chair-designate Research Analyst

Patrick De Smedt, who has served as Chair since the group's listing in 2020, has +44-020-7541-1558

informed the group of his intention to step down from his role by 30 Sept 2026,

allowing an orderly transition. The group has announced the appointment of Gavin Price/price relative

Rochussen as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair-designate, with 750

effect from 10 July 2026. He will become Chair upon Patrick's retirement from the 500

Board. Gavin brings over three decades’ leadership experience, including as CEO of

Polar Capital Holdings plc, the London-listed specialist asset manager, between
