rapidly shortened cash runways - specifically nearly 30% of listed producers at less

than 6 months as of end of 1Q26, or nearly 50% as of end of 2Q26.

We maintain our view on hog price recovery in 2H26E, estimating the market balance

to reach 5% in supply deficit, versus 6% of surplus in 1H26E. Maintain BUY on

Muyuan H/A. Valuation is below its replacement cost valuation (or liquidation value)

on our estimates, and breached its historical low end EV/head - presenting attractive

risk/reward opportunities.
