Record June supply In this report

The record June supply has certainly made IG market technicals more challenging. We are

currently tracking about $210bn for full month of June supply (assuming $10bn for Tue Daily supply snapshot

June 30th). That would be the highest for the calendar month on record (Exhibit 2).

Daily dealer inventories update

Normalizing by the YtD supply, June reached 18% of the issuance during the Jan-May

period. That is the highest ratio since 2021, when June supply was 19% of the prior five Daily HG fund flows

month issuance (Exhibit 3).
