Digital Realty announced an agreement on 6/29/26, after market close, to buy-in

Bryan Kraft Blackstone’s stake in three hyperscale data centers, all based in Northern Virgina. Research Analyst

DLR is acquiring the stake in these assets for a total of $3.5B, including $2.3B of +1-212-250-0117

1. This purchase enhances DLR’s data center portfolio by growing its +1-212-250-0118

presence in Northern Virginia and by increasing its exposure to large

investment grade hyperscale tenants. These three facilities – including

two in Manassas and one in the Digital Dulles campus – each represent

96 MW of data center capacity (288 MW in total), and are each fully

leased to a distinct investment grade hyperscale operator at 15-year

lease terms. Core leasing fundamentals in NOVA, which is the largest

data center market globally, are currently very favorable for major data
